Welcome to our home renovation blogs before and after project gallery. We hope you enjoy our favorite renovation projects and take a moment to drop us a line and let us know what you think! Mahalo for visiting.
Still a work in progress (top), but the back of Hale O Ka'ala is much better than it was when we bought it (bottom). The grass had grown underneath the siding after 10 years of vacancy.
We added a slider out to the new deck off the renovated primary bedroom (top). When we bought this investment property (bottom), we knew there had to be access to the tropical backyard and plumeria tree.
We used "wood" wallpaper on the dining room accent wall in this renovation (top). We built a full wall from what had been a pony wall (bottom). Some directional can lighting, a new chandelier, and this was an easy and beautiful transformation.
This outdoor deck transformation (top) was one of our favorites, and the original house did not have the sliders that we put in that led out to the new deck (bottom).
In addition to adding a new slider (top), there was a ton of mold remediation that had to be done before we could even start on this investment property (bottom).
Concrete countertops in black (left) - it was the first time Kamu had done "pour in place" concrete countertops - and they turned out amazing! The white, bright kitchen was a dramatic improvement from the rat-infested, moldy old kitchen (right).
